Access Codes / Instructions
We’ll provide you with a front door access code before your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Check into Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club administration office to register and receive membership account number, gate pass and any other important answers to your questions.

Smoking & Pets Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property.
No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
We love animals but by condo rules this home is pet-free.
Quiet Times
We are located in a gated residential community and, although this is a
holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you
respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically,
between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately as we keep inventory of everything. If it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!), we will discuss with you ASAP and agree on a cost that will be deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
60/30-day policy with no exceptions)
100% refund (security deposit, full membership transfer fee, monthly rent plus sales tax, cleaning), except rental applicable fee, if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in date.
50% refund (security deposit, full membership transfer fee, monthly rent plus sales tax, cleaning), except rental applicable fee, if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in
